Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting in financial reporting. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting tasks
• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist in monthly closings and preparation of financial reports
• Maintain confidential financial and employee information
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper accounting processes
• Support the finance team in audits and other accounting projects

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
