Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Zarea Limited offers refunds for products that meet our return criteria. Refunds are eligible for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the order placed. To qualify, the product/s must be in original and unused condition within 7-14 days of purchase/delivery. Proof of purchase such as order number or receipt will be required to process refund requests. Certain categories, such as agri perishables or custom orders may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged.

  1. Refund Request Process

Customers must submit a refund request within 7-14 days of product delivery to initiate the refund process. Refund requests can be submitted through our website, customer support, or by directly contacting our sales representative, providing all the necessary details and the reason for the return. Supporting documentation like proof of purchase and visuals of the damaged or faulty products may be required to process the refund request. Our team will guide you through the return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

  1. Refund Approval

Our team will review the refund application once it is submitted within the given timeframe. You will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund request. Approval of the refund request is subject to the condition of the product meeting the refund eligibility criteria.

  1. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, etc.). In some cases, store credit or a replacement product may be offered instead of direct payment.

  1. Processing Time

The refund process may take 7-14 business days from the date of approval. Delays can occur depending on the payment method or other extraneous factors such as banking processes.

  1. Exclusions

Certain products are non-refundable, including discounted products, agri perishables, customized products, or products on special promotion. Additionally, any product that is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria will not qualify for a refund. 

  1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the refund is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product). Ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
